Rugs are rolled — never folded — wrapped in breathable material, tagged, and photographed at intake. They sit on racks in a humidity-controlled room, off the floor, away from sunlight. Mothproofing treatment is applied as standard before storage begins.
Stored rugs are inspected at regular intervals for any sign of moth activity or environmental change. If anything is found, you hear from us before it becomes a problem.
Home renovations. Seasonal swaps (summer cottons replacing winter wools and vice versa). Extended travel. Estate transitions. College storage. Anything that takes a rug out of daily use for more than a few weeks is a candidate for proper storage.
