Pet odor is the most common — and the trickiest, because the source is usually below the surface. We also treat smoke odor (cigarette, fireplace, fire damage), mildew from water damage, and general musty smell from long storage.
Sprays and powders mask odor temporarily. The source compounds are still in the foundation, and the smell returns within weeks. Real deodorizing treatment penetrates to the foundation level and neutralizes the compounds, not the perception of them.
