Appraisal reports include rug origin, age estimate, materials, dimensions, condition assessment, and a documented value. Our reports are accepted by major insurers, estate attorneys, and tax authorities. Every appraisal is performed in person by a qualified appraiser — never sight-unseen.
Climate-controlled, mothproofed storage in our facility. Rugs are rolled (never folded), wrapped in breathable material, tagged, photographed, and inspected periodically during your absence.
Common uses: home renovations, seasonal swaps, extended travel, estate transitions, and college storage. Free pick-up and re-delivery within our service areas. Mothproofing treatment is included as standard.
